Revis to Thomas Barrett, Trus tee, on the 7th day of April, 1913, to secure the payment of ' $18230, ith interest thereon, payable to William Quiett, and evidenced by a Proinissory note, payable on April 7, 1914, which note has been trans ferred to and is now the property of J. E. Coburn; and default having 'be?n made in payment of a part of said indebteness as in aid Deed of 'hust provided: NOW THEREFORE, the under signed, in pursuance to the authori ty in him vested by said Deed of Trust, will, on Monday February 1, 1915, between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 2;00 P. Fisher for the sum of $3.28, being the high est bidder for the same and I fur ther certify that unless redemption is made of said real estate in the manner provided by law, the , said R. W. Fisher his heirs and assigns will be entitled to a 'deed therefor on or after the 4th day of May, 19 15, on surrender of this certificate.
